For our headquarters in Murg, South Baden, we are seeking a dedicated and hands-on professional to serve as
Head of Engineering/Production/Quality Assurance (m/f/d)
The role:
- Responsibility for production and quality assurance
- Developing solutions to technical challenges in the apparel industry in collaboration with department heads and technical specialists
- Ensuring smooth production processes and guaranteeing the on-time and high-quality completion of our products
- Maintaining contact with our production facilities
- Working closely with quality control, monitoring defects in incoming shipments, and implementing appropriate measures to ensure product quality
Our new team member should have:
- A college degree or vocational training in apparel technology, or a comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience in the apparel industry, preferably in lingerie or swimwear production. REFA experience is desirable
- Experience leading teams and a solution-oriented approach
- Strong quality awareness and technical expertise
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, a confident demeanor, assertiveness, and a solution-oriented and structured approach to work
- Very good written and spoken German and English
