This will be your area:
Are you passionate about body and swimwear, do you think in terms of fit, materials and trends and want to develop collections that empower and inspire women? Then take on the creative and commercial responsibility for our body and swimwear segment at Ulla Popken - and set new impulses for #truesizefashion with your team.
- You will be responsible for our target group-oriented body and swimwear collections - stylistically, organizationally and with passion
- You lead your team with responsibility, develop talents and create a creative atmosphere in which innovation becomes visible
- You use your commercial skills to manage key figures, planning and procurement and make well-founded, target-oriented decisions
- You develop the product strategy and the collection framework - with the aim of translating trends into strong-selling products
- You are always on the lookout for new impulses, materials, fits and trends - on sourcing trips, store checks and relevant trade fairs
- You make product range decisions in close coordination with sales and marketing - always with the needs of our customers in mind
What you bring with you:
- A successfully completed commercial degree or comparable training in product management, ideally with a focus on textiles/design
- Strong leadership skills with a team player mentality - clear, appreciative and with genuine enthusiasm for product development
- Several years of experience in collection development in the bodywear / lingerie / swimwear sector and in dealing with international procurement markets
- In-depth knowledge of the fit, materials and technical requirements of these product groups
- Experience in an omnichannel environment - you understand how collections perform successfully across channels
- Strong organizational, planning and analytical skills
- Confident handling of MS Office and PDM systems
