Incoming Goods Inspection/
Quality Control Associate (f/m/d)
Our Eastern Regional Warehouse in Magdeburg is one of our new warehouse locations, covering approximately 50,000 m² with over 45,000 pallet spaces and functional areas. This facility handles business processes such as goods receipt, storage and retrieval, order picking, and distribution. It thus serves as the interface between purchasing and the distribution of goods to service members at one of our more than 100 service stations.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Your responsibilities include processing incoming goods (new and used items), including verifying that all items are present.
- You will be responsible for professionally inspecting the delivered clothing and equipment to ensure compliance with specifications and proper manufacturing.
- You will identify, evaluate, and digitally document any discrepancies found.
- In addition, you will conduct the final inspection of the goods carefully and in accordance with defined quality standards.
- When necessary, you will also actively assist in handling customer complaints.
YOUR PROFILE:
- Completed vocational training as a seamstress, tailor, or shoemaker
- Ideally, professional experience as a quality inspector in the apparel, footwear/leather goods, or other textile manufacturing industries
- A strong focus on quality and an extremely meticulous and reliable work ethic
- Experience using digital systems and inventory management systems
- Good command of German, both spoken and written
