Your Responsibilities
Customer support via phone and email
Preparing quotes and managing special terms and conditions
Supporting our field sales representatives and division managers
Coordinating and managing public tenders
Monitoring and tracking tasks in the CRM system
Sending sales materials and sample shipments
Order acceptance and order processing
Assisting with trade show preparations and participating in customer events
Creating standard reports
Your Qualifications
Successfully completed business apprenticeship
Professional experience in order processing or internal sales
Proficiency with ERP systems and strong MS Office skills
Strong communication skills, assertiveness, and the ability to work well in a team
A structured, independent, and solution-oriented approach to work
Enjoyment of working on the phone and a strong commitment to customer service
