International Sales Manager (m/f/d)
Reporting directly to the management, you will play a key role in international sales and in the further development of our four brands: MEPHISTO, MOBILS, SANO and ALLROUNDER.
Your focus will be on developing and implementing effective sales strategies to strengthen our global market position and expand our international dealer network.
Your tasks:
- Responsibility for existing and new international markets
- Development and presentation of strategic sales concepts to the management
- Analyzing market and competitive information, taking into account cultural characteristics
- Development of guidelines for acquiring new customers
- Implementation of the sales strategy in close coordination with the management
- Expansion of existing partnerships and targeted acquisition of new business partners
- Organizing and participating in international trade fairs and events
- Managing and supporting an international sales team
- monitoring sales activities and initiating suitable corrective measures in the event of deviations from targets
- Developing innovative retail strategies to secure the Group’s long-term growth and future
Your profile:
- Several years of experience in international sales – ideally in the footwear or fashion industry
- Business fluent in English and very good knowledge of at least one other foreign language
- Strong organizational and analytical skills, coupled with entrepreneurial thinking
- Leadership skills, intercultural understanding and team spirit
- High level of self-motivation, a sense of responsibility and a results-oriented approach to work
