Who we are

We are a dynamic team with a prestigious office in the heart of Hamburg’s city center.
We love fashion and digital media, our office is a creative space and showroom in one. In order to drive the development of the label, we are now looking for an International Sales Manager for our B2B sales channel. In this position, you will be responsible for acquiring new key accounts and building and expanding an international B2B portfolio. Some well-known and established wholesale partners from the DACH region are already part of the by Aylin Koenig network, which we would like to expand and develop with you.

You will be part of a small, constantly growing team with different roles and backgrounds, where everyone has specific skills and experience. Your previous experience in customer approach and support will help you build long-term business relationships. You will also understand the specifics of the international fashion industry and be able to use them to your advantage.

Your responsibilities

  • Acquisition and support of international key accounts
  • Expansion and development of long-term strategic partnerships
  • Active and regular customer visits
  • Independently conducting negotiations and managing contracts
  • Monitoring and developing sales forecasts
  • Presenting our collection in the Hamburg office and to customers on site
  • Networking at trade fairs and events
  • Developing and implementing international sales strategies
  • Working closely with the design and business development team to coordinate sales activities and collections
  • Analyzing market trends and competitive activities to identify growth potential
  • Preparing and presenting own reports on sales performance and growth opportunities

Your qualifications

  • Completed studies in the field of digital media, e-commerce or business administration
  • Professional experience in sales or key account management
  • Existing industry network is an advantage
  • Very good language skills in German and English (written and spoken)
  • Structured and analytical way of working with a high degree of personal responsibility
  • Confident handling of digital applications and in personal conversations
  • Enjoy negotiating with a high level of customer orientation
  • Interest in international fashion trends
  • Willingness to travel and flexibility in terms of time
