THE POSITION

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a

Junior Sales Representative Outdoor (m/f/d).

In this role, you will support our sales team in the support and development of our customers in sports retail. You will work closely with the Brand Sales Manager and the entire sales team and regularly visit our showroom in Hamburg .

as well as a Junior Sales Representative Performance (m/f/d).

In this role, you will support our sales team in the support and development of our customers in sports retail. You will work closely with the Brand Sales Manager and the entire sales team and regularly visit our showroom in Neuss .

We offer you a structured induction and clear development prospects in sales.

YOUR TASKS

  • Support in the support and further development of existing customers in sports retail
  • Support in the acquisition of new stationary and digital customers
  • Preparation and implementation of customer appointments together with the sales team
  • Support with order appointments and collection presentations for customers and in the showroom
  • Presentation of our brands and collections in the showroom in Hamburg and Neuss
  • Participation in trade fairs, events and sales meetings
  • Support in the preparation of sales documents, offers and presentations
  • Analyzing sales figures and market potential for the further development of sales
  • Close cooperation with colleagues and the Brand Sales Managers

PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS

  • Initial experience in sales, retail or the sports industry is an advantage (e.g. internship, working student or initial sales experience)
  • Completed training as a retail salesperson or comparable commercial training is an advantage
  • Interest in B2B sales and building long-term customer relationships
  • Enthusiasm for sports, outdoor or activewear
  • Confident handling of Microsoft Office
  • High willingness to travel and flexibility to regularly spend several days a week in the field with customers and appointments
  • Good written and spoken German and English skills
