Your Responsibilities

Providing legal advice to management and all project participants on national and international business law
Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts in national and international contexts, particularly in the field of research and development
Reviewing other legal issues, including labor law, collective bargaining law, foundation law, and association law
Providing legal counsel within interdisciplinary teams and overseeing claim management
Developing standards and internal guidelines in the aforementioned areas of law
Engaging and coordinating collaboration with external national and international law firms

Your Qualifications

Fluency in German and English
Knowledge of commercial and contract law, ideally in the field of research and development; including relevant case law
Willingness to familiarize yourself with new legal topics
Proficiency with Microsoft Office
Some professional experience (1–3 years) is desirable
Strong focus on service and consulting
Ability to work in a team, dedication, and strong communication skills
Confident demeanor
