YOUR TASKS
- Development, coordination and operational design of all marketing measures for our stationary fashion and indulgence sales areas, social media channels, homepage and the Wagener customer app
- Further development of the CRM area with a focus on the customer app, analysis and monitoring
- Coordination and coordination of content creation for all customer communication channels
- Further development of cooperation management
- Close and cooperative collaboration with the Purchasing, Sales and Display Design departments
- Establishment and implementation of continuous monitoring for all channels and measures as well as the creation of benchmarks and reports
YOUR PROFILE
- You have a degree in communications, marketing or media or have a comparable educational background
- 3-5 years of professional experience in a comparable position, ideally in the fashion and lifestyle sector
- Organizational skills, creativity, innovative spirit, graphic understanding as well as conceptual and textual skills are among your strengths
- You have a good feel for trends
- Experience in the use of multi-tools such as Brevo, WordPress; Adobe Creativ Cloud etc.
- High motivation, team spirit, flexibility and strong communication skills
