Wear Group is looking for an experienced Order Manager to play a key role in managing our partnership with a major mass-market retail customer.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
As Order Manager, you will be responsible for managing your orders from order placement through production to final delivery. You will serve as the key liaison between the customer, Wear Group, suppliers, and factories, ensuring that deadlines, quality requirements, and procedures are met.
Your main responsibilities include:
- Daily management and follow-up of customer orders
- Close communication with suppliers and factories
- Monitoring production progress, critical deadlines, and deliveries
- Follow-up on samples, approvals, testing, inspections, and documentation
- Coordinating with purchasing, quality, logistics, and sales
- Identifying risks early and driving corrective actions
- Ensuring clear and timely communication with customers and internal teams
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
You have experience in a similar role within the textile, apparel, or private label industries, or a related field—such as Order Manager, Production Coordinator, or Buying/Production Coordinator. Experience working with major German or international retail customers is a strong advantage.
We expect you to:
- Have solid experience in order and production management
- Understand the entire process from order placement to final delivery
- Be highly organized and skilled at follow-up
- Take ownership and see issues through to resolution
- Can manage multiple priorities and critical deadlines
- Communicate professionally with customers, suppliers, and colleagues
- Are fluent in English; German is a plus
