The Environmental laboratory ACB GmbH based in Münster and Dülmen, is an established, owner-managed laboratory with over 90 employees. We are accredited and support industry, trade and public clients with reliable testing services for materials, product safety and environmental analysis.
To strengthen our team, we are looking for a part-time or full-time Textile Testing Order Processing Clerk for the OEKO-TEX® division (m/f/d) to start as soon as possible. In this position, you will take on a central role in the area of textile testing and OEKO-TEX® certifications. You will coordinate orders, organize processes and be in direct contact with our customers - in a structured, careful and service-oriented manner.

Your tasks
- Accepting, recording and processing orders for general textile tests and STANDARD 100 by OEKO-TEX® certifications,
- Acceptance and processing of customer inquiries,
- Agreeing test orders with the customer,
- Preparation of test orders for the laboratory with coordination of deadlines,
- Preparation of test reports and invoicing of orders,
- Preparation of expert reports for OEKO-TEX® certifications,
- Organization of outsourcing,
- Preparation for validation of test reports incl. invoicing and dispatch of invoices.
Your profile
- Completed vocational training as a textile laboratory technician, product finisher, textile technician, clothing technician or comparable training,
- Customer orientation,
- Communication skills and organizational skills,
- Ability to work in a team and reliability,
- very good knowledge of Excel and Word,
- business fluent in German,
- good knowledge of English,
- ability to work independently is required,
- Professional experience would be desirable.
