Your tasks

Development of the product roadmap for the respective product area, based on the current actual portfolio for all Blaser Group brands. This includes the product specification as well as the development of a well thought-out functional, demand and trade concept (sales, prices, margins) in order to derive a clear target costing for product manufacturing
Preparation and, if necessary, joint development of individual product marketing, from packaging design to social media concepts for advertising
Creating seasonal sales programs in collaboration with the equipment sales coordinator in the Equipment & Outfits business unit and the sales department, taking into account market-specific requirements
Setting up and managing the product-specific seasonal timeline for equipment items in coordination with the Outfits division to ensure that new products are ready for delivery at key milestones such as sales meetings (pre-order sales start) and the defined delivery start date
Assembling and leading the development team (internal/external employees) for the respective areas of the outfitting portfolio as the responsible product manager
Organizing and leading prototype meetings during the development process until production release
Working closely with the Purchasing department in the selection of producers and acting as a sparring partner in price negotiations with producers and suppliers from a technical and customer perspective
Preparation and implementation of seasonal sales meetings for internal and external sales to present new products
Preparation and participation in national and international trade fairs at which the Blaser Group exhibits

Your profile

Completed studies in engineering/economics or comparable training with several years of professional experience
Several years of experience in product management, especially in the area of equipment is an advantage
Proven experience in leading interdisciplinary and international teams
Sound knowledge of project management, project management certification desirable
Business fluent in written and spoken German and English
Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel
