Production Manager (m/f/d)
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Overall responsibility for the planning, management, and further development of production
- Leading, motivating, and developing the production team
- Ensuring production meets deadlines, quality standards, and budget
- Continuous optimization of production processes, workflows, and manufacturing technologies
- Responsibility for capacity, personnel, and resource planning
- Planning and implementing the expansion of production capacity at existing facilities, as well as establishing and integrating new production resources
- Managing, coordinating, and monitoring company-owned facilities in Central Europe to ensure consistent quality, productivity, and process standards
- Ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and environmental standards
- Analysis of relevant production metrics, as well as the identification and implementation of improvement measures
- Close collaboration with the Purchasing, Development, Logistics, Quality Assurance, and Sales departments
- Participation in capital projects and the introduction of new manufacturing technologies
- Responsibility for the production budget and its ongoing monitoring
YOUR PROFILE
- A degree in a technical field or comparable technical training with relevant professional experience
- Several years of experience in a managerial role in a production environment, ideally in the textile, apparel, or manufacturing industries
- Strong leadership skills and experience in developing high-performing teams
- In-depth knowledge of process optimization and production control
- Strong solution-oriented approach, decisiveness, and entrepreneurial mindset
- A structured and analytical approach to work combined with a hands-on mentality
- Good knowledge of modern ERP systems and proficiency with MS Office
- Very good German and good English skills
