YOUR MENU:

You will develop and optimize prompts for Large Language Models and ensure that our AI applications provide targeted and helpful answers.
You develop guardrails and quality standards for AI interactions based on our Strauss values.
You evaluate and test AI outputs, derive improvement measures and continuously optimize the quality of our AI results.
Intuitive user experience of AI features is your passion.
You work closely with development and the individual departments to understand requirements and translate them into smart conversational AI solutions.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:

You have German language skills of at least C1 level and can move confidently in an international environment with your English skills.
You have experience in dealing with LLMs and generative AI systems and know their strengths and challenges.
Sophisticated prompts and dialogs are your strength.
Your heart beats for optimal UX design and solid quality assurance – and you always keep the user’s perspective in mind.
You enjoy working in a team, are open to new ideas and are actively involved in the further development of our AI interactions.
