ZWEI GmbH, based in Weiterstadt, has been developing and distributing bags, backpacks, wallets, and accessories for specialty retailers in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland since 2008.
To strengthen our sales team, we’re looking for someone to provide telephone support to our specialty retail customers—working from home.
Do you have a background in the leather goods, footwear, fashion, luggage, or accessories industry, already have sales experience, and know how to inspire customers? Great. The key is: You enjoy talking on the phone, advising customers, and making sales.
Your Role
You’ll support existing specialty retail customers over the phone and assist them with assortment planning, reorders, and product selection. This way, you’ll become a valued point of contact for your customers.
What You Can Expect from Us
- Work from home with a high degree of autonomy
- A well-coordinated sales team that supports you in a collegial manner
- Base salary plus performance-based bonuses
- Onboarding in Weiterstadt, regular training sessions, and feedback meetings
- Full-time or part-time (at least 25 hours per week)
What You Bring to the Table
- Experience in customer service over the phone—this is the core of the role
- Strong knowledge of selling bags, leather goods, shoes, fashion, luggage, or accessories
- Confident, professional demeanor on the phone
- Ability to work independently and in an organized manner
- Experience working with CRM systems, digital sales tools, and AI applications
