To strengthen our sales team we are looking for a
FULL-TIME SALES EMPLOYEE in the field service in NRW/Lower Saxony/Bremen (M/F/D)
Your responsibilities:
- Responsibility for sales and growth in your sales area of North Rhine-Westphalia, Lower Saxony and Bremen
- Active sales of our collections and space concepts to specialist retail partners and chain stores
- Sales and collection presentation in our showroom in Neuss
- Independent support and further development of your customer base including pre- and post-order, space management and annual meetings
- Analyzing relevant KPIs and deriving and implementing sales-promoting measures at the POS
- Identification and implementation of expansion potential for sustainable area development
You have what it takes:
- You have a commercial education and experience in sales, ideally in field sales in the fashion industry
- Confident handling of key figures and a strong understanding of business contexts
- convincing appearance, strong communication skills and a real passion for sales
- Negotiating skills, initiative and a structured way of working
- High willingness to travel and class B driver's license
