Your areas of responsibility:
- Developing and building long-term customer relationships and optimizing customer value creation
- Providing on-site customer advice and support throughout Germany and in the Benelux countries
- Conducting contract and price negotiations up to the conclusion of the contract
- Needs analysis in the sales area
- Market and competitor monitoring
- Interface between customers and internal departments
- Raising awareness of our KragoART brand, specialist for decorative ribbons for floristry and funeral floristry
- Responsibility for sales
Your profile:
- Completed commercial training, wholesale and foreign trade, industrial clerk or similar
- Professional experience in field sales
- Pleasant, confident manner
- Sales talent, negotiating skills and strong communication skills
- Strong service mentality
- Initiative and an independent way of working
- Entrepreneurial thinking and success orientation
- Enjoy sales and the ability to inspire people
- Confident handling of MS Office
- Possession of a class B driving license
