Here’s what it’s all about
During our 18-month trainee program, you’ll gain a thorough understanding of sales at TextilWirtschaft from the ground up. Together with experienced colleagues, you’ll develop customized communication and media solutions for companies in the fashion industry. Step by step, you’ll take on responsibility for your own tasks, projects, and eventually your first client segments:
- You’ll gain an understanding of the entire sales process—from the initial client outreach to the development of customized communication and media solutions, all the way to a successful close.
- You’ll support our sales team in their day-to-day operations and take on your own tasks early on.
- You’ll accompany experienced colleagues to client meetings as well as national and international industry events, gaining insights from discussions with marketing, sales, and executive leadership.
- You’ll work with our portfolio of print, digital, and event offerings and learn to advise clients on their B2B media planning.
- As you gain experience, you’ll take on your own client segments and manage your first projects independently.
- From the very beginning, you’ll learn to work in a structured manner and reliably document your sales activities in our CRM system.
