You will assume overall responsibility for the planning, management, and successful implementation of the company-wide ERP transformation.
You will ensure that the program objectives are met in terms of time, budget, scope, and quality, and will keep track of overall progress at all times.
You will manage all relevant workstreams as well as external implementation and consulting partners, and ensure effective collaboration among all stakeholders.
You will establish and further develop governance, reporting, and management structures, and provide transparency for the Executive Board and key decision-making bodies.
You will identify, assess, and manage risks, dependencies, and interfaces within a complex transformation portfolio.
You will work closely with business units, translate business requirements into viable solutions, and ensure the implementation of defined target states in the organization, processes, and systems.
You will facilitate relevant decision-making processes, drive cross-functional transformation initiatives, and unlock potential for standardization, digitization, and efficiency gains.
You have successfully completed a degree in business administration, business informatics, industrial engineering, or a comparable field.
You have at least eight to twelve years of professional experience in the areas of transformation, management consulting, strategy, or program management.
You have several years of experience leading complex transformation programs, ideally in the ERP and/or CRM environment.
You possess in-depth knowledge of managing large-scale programs as well as multi-project and stakeholder management.
You have a very good understanding of end-to-end business processes and their implementation in modern ERP systems.
You stand out for your strong analytical, conceptual, and communication skills, as well as your confident demeanor when interacting with top management and executives.
You work in a structured, goal-oriented manner with a high degree of initiative and demonstrate assertiveness.
You are fluent in both German and English.
