YOUR TASKS
- Managing and developing key sustainability, ESG and quality issues along the entire value chain
- Analyzing collections and products from a sustainability, regulatory and quality perspective
- Responsibility for certifications, product-related documentation and external sustainability and quality audits
- Monitoring and implementation of legal requirements (e.g. EU Green Deal, digital product passport, product compliance)
- Managing ESG reporting, sustainability budgets and data-based sustainability processes (including carbon accounting)
- Further development of transparent and responsible supply chains
- Coordinating external substance and product testing and ensuring product safety and quality standards
- Maintaining relevant product, certificate and article data for internal processes and B2B partners
- Supporting the production team in purchasing ingredients
- Further development of the sustainability strategy and implementation of strategic sustainability projects
YOUR PROFILE
- Successfully completed studies or comparable qualification in the field of sustainability, textile management or quality management
- Several years of professional experience in sustainability, ESG, quality assurance or compliance
- Knowledge of relevant sustainability standards and regulatory requirements
- Structured, conceptual way of working
- Fluency in English and German
- Willingness to travel
