TECHNICAL COLLECTION DEVELOPER FOR KNITWEAR

We are looking for a full-time Technical Knitwear Collection Developer (m/f/d) to oversee the entire production process of our DRYKORN knitwear collection—from technical development consulting to the final fitting. The focus is entirely on our DRYKORN knitwear products for women and men.
DO SOMETHING BEAUTIFUL EVERY DAY
- You’ll be responsible for maintaining the high quality standards of our knitwear collection well into the future
- During the creative product development process, you’ll provide technical advice to the product managers and serve as the liaison between buying and product management
- You’ll serve as the point of contact for our knitwear manufacturers and work closely with them
- You will draft the technical model specifications for our knitwear products for our manufacturers
- Throughout all prototyping and production phases, you will inspect and provide feedback on DRYKORN products regarding workmanship, dimensional accuracy, and fit
- Together with the product managers and patternmakers, you’ll be responsible for the final fitting of DRYKORN knitwear products before they’re shipped to our customers
- You will verify that our manufacturers meet delivery deadlines
- You’ll evaluate and document customer complaints to help us continuously improve DRYKORN knitwear
THIS JOB IS PERFECT FOR YOU IF...
- You have successfully completed your vocational training or degree in apparel technology—preferably with a focus on flat or circular knitting—and are passionate about fashion and quality
- You have already gained several years of professional experience in this or a similar position
- You have gained practical experience working with patterns, pattern-making software (e.g., CAD “Assyst”), and a PDM/PLM system
- You think in a solution-oriented way and work independently
- Your spoken and written English is business-proficient
- You’re eager to travel to our suppliers and production facilities worldwide
