Technical Manager (m/f/d)

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:
- Professional and managerial oversight of the pattern-making department, technical work planning, and the sample sewing department (approx. 20 employees)
- Responsibility for quality management
- Overseeing and inspecting prototypes and production samples
- Conducting and evaluating fit checks
- Communication with international manufacturers (German & English)
- Regular visits to our production facilities in Europe and Asia
- Providing support for all technical issues related to materials, workmanship, quality, and fit
- Ensuring a smooth flow of information and communication—both within the team and with related departments
- Ensuring our brand and quality standards are met throughout the entire production process
- Overseeing products from the initial design concept through to final delivery
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:
- A degree in apparel engineering or a comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience in a similar field
- In-depth knowledge of industrial manufacturing methods
- Strong commitment to quality and a high standard of precision
- Strong communication skills, team spirit, and a high level of commitment
- Very good written and spoken English skills
