Textile and clothing experts (m/f/d) for exciting customer projects

• In the customer projects area, you will support industrially washable workwear as well as manufacturers in supplier management with a focus on quality and technology.
• You will be responsible for the technical and quality support of our suppliers and ensure compliance with Mewa requirements and standards. This includes workwear and the handling of customer-specific projects and complaints.
• You will work closely with internal contacts, e.g. for:
  - Supporting clothing designs
  - Checking wash tests and wear tests
  - Implementing customer-specific adaptations
• You coordinate technical issues and take on interface management.
• You will be responsible for organizing garment production, alterations and repairs as part of the projects in cooperation with our suppliers.
• You keep an eye on the Mewa processes and ensure that our products have a long service life, are comfortable to wear and are easy to repair.

• Completed studies or training in the field of clothing technology or comparable qualification - ideally with professional experience in the field of workwear and protective clothing.
• Initial project experience, preferably with a focus on certifications/PSA standards, is an advantage.
• You have a strong awareness of quality and are confident in dealing with technical production processes and materials.
• You look forward to occasional business trips (e.g. trade fairs, supplier visits and audits, production visits).
• Good knowledge of MS Office and textile software (e.g. TEX-DE/FINE, TEX-DESIGN).
• Very good written and spoken German and English language skills.
• Communication and teamwork skills, flexibility and a structured and independent way of working round off your profile.
