You ensure the timely delivery of workwear to new customers and the completion of daily delivery routes.
You manage and optimize all warehouse processes as well as the flow of goods.
You lead, motivate, and develop your warehouse team.
You ensure smooth incoming and outgoing goods operations as well as high product availability.
You coordinate collaboration with suppliers and DBL partners, thereby ensuring a reliable supply.
You analyze relevant key performance indicators and initiate measures for the continuous improvement of processes and structures.
You serve as the go-to contact for management on all warehouse-related matters.
You have successfully completed vocational training in logistics or hold a comparable qualification.
You have several years of professional experience in a warehouse or logistics setting, as well as some leadership experience.
You stand out for your strong communication skills, organizational abilities, and assertiveness.
You work independently, in a structured manner, and with a focus on solutions.
You are characterized by a strong sense of responsibility, initiative, and a distinct hands-on approach.
