YOUR MISSION:
- You are in the middle of the field, close to the team and right in the middle of the action. You motivate, strengthen individual talents and conduct feedback discussions at eye level.
- Together with the department management, you drive forward technical and organizational topics and implement measures to achieve your goals.
- You network teams, strengthen collaboration and take a respectful, clear and binding approach.
- For our customers, you are a host with high standards – you visibly exemplify service and quality.
- You select the merchandise for the premium, occasion and dress areas and manage the order together with the department management.
- You use trends, figures and customer feedback to further develop the range and make confident decisions.
- You work closely with brand partners, attend trade fairs and order appointments and keep an eye on business plans and KPIs.
- With your flair for aesthetics, you ensure that the presentation and visual merchandising are always convincing.
