What You Can Expect
- Planning and managing up to 30 stores from a business management perspective
- Personnel responsibility for up to 150 employees
- Ensuring sales promotion in accordance with central merchandising concepts
- Active inventory management
- Driving expansion and supporting expansion managers
- Organizing new store openings, reopenings, and renovations
- Collaborating on cross-departmental projects
What You Bring to the Table
- Field service experience in store support
- Strong knowledge of merchandise management and visual merchandising
- Experience in the apparel industry is preferred
- To optimize your travel time, you live within your assigned territory
- Enjoy working in a team and leading others
- Empathy, strong communication skills, and assertiveness
- A hands-on approach to organizational management and a solution-oriented mindset
