Relocation to Prague required – on-site position
ragwear is an established, owner-managed streetwear brand founded in 1997 and based in Prague. To further strengthen our creative organization, we are looking for a Head of Design (Menswear & Womenswear) to lead, coordinate and develop our design team and shape the next phase of our collections.
This role focuses on creative leadership, structure and decision-making rather than individual design output. You will work with an experienced design team and ensure a consistent design direction across both menswear and womenswear — with a clear responsibility for womenswear, which represents a significant share of our business.
Your Role
You lead and guide the overall design direction, ensure a consistent design signature, coordinate and develop an experienced design team, create clarity in responsibilities and workflows, translate brand DNA and trends into commercially successful collections, balance creativity with feasibility and timelines, and introduce digital and AI-supported tools where they meaningfully support design processes — with a particular focus on the strategic development of our womenswear collections
Your Profile
You bring several years of experience in fashion design with a strong streetwear background and proven responsibility for womenswear collections. You have hands-on experience in developing and managing womenswear lines, combined with first leadership experience or the ambition to grow further into a leadership role. You work in a structured and pragmatic way, communicate fluently in English, are open towards digital and AI-supported tools and are willing to relocate to Prague.
