HEAD FASHION DESIGNER MENSWEAR (M/F/D)
Relocation to Prague required
ragwear is an established, owner-managed streetwear brand founded in 1997 and based in Prague. We are seeking a Head Designer Menswear who will elevate our men’s collections with innovation, market insight and strong creative leadership.
Your Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the menswear collection from first concept to final product
- Manage, mentor and inspire the menswear design team
- Ensure a consistent and authentic ragwear design identity
- Conduct market research, trend analysis and competitor reviews
- Create seasonal concept, colour and fabric direction boards
- Work closely with Sales and with Design & Production teams
- Oversee timelines and ensure compliance with the critical path
Your Profile
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in menswear design, ideally in a senior or managerial role
- Proven experience in streetwear / street fashion is required
- Strong trend sensibility and excellent technical knowledge (sketching, fabrics, construction basics)
- Skilled in Adobe Illustrator and MS Office
- Advanced spoken and written English (daily communication)
- Proactive, strategic and collaborative mindset
- Willingness to travel when needed
- Relocation to Prague is mandatory
