This is what you do in practice:
- You lead and develop your team with heart and clarity
- You ensure motivation, a good atmosphere and real sales energy
- You keep an eye on the figures and actively manage your departments
- You plan staff assignments and ensure smooth processes
- You implement merchandise images and visual merchandising with strong sales appeal
- You work closely with the purchasing department
- You contribute ideas on how we can become even better

You have experience in retail and have already taken on responsibility - perhaps as a deputy or team leader. You enjoy sales and retail, have an open approach to people and manage to take your team with you.
