Pattern Developer (m/f/d)
Your terrain - Your tasks in the team
- Independent development of first cuts up to production-ready implementation
- On-time creation and provision of all patterns - from prototype to series production
- Creation and maintenance of complete technical model documents (dimension tables, model descriptions, parts lists)
- Participation in fit tests and continuous optimization of the models in line with our claim to the "perfect fit"
- Working in close partnership with Design and Technical Product Development to ensure aesthetics, performance and technical feasibility
- Ensuring a high-quality, production-ready cut implementation
Your talents - what you bring to the table
- Completed training as a pattern developer, garment technician (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
- Several years of experience in first and production cutting, ideally in the sports and performance segment
- Sound expertise in processing, fit development and grading
- Very good CAD skills, preferably Assyst
- Strong sense of silhouette, proportion and fashionable tailoring
- Structured, independent way of working, team spirit and high quality awareness
- Very good written and spoken German and English skills
