This will be your area
- With talent, passion and a feel for materials, you will actively contribute to collection and product development in the design team, always keeping an eye on the prospects of commercial success
- Your keen sense of current trends in womenswear/PLUS SIZE will shape your decisions in the creative process
- Through regular trend research and competitor analyses, you know exactly what our target group wants
- You are adept at carrying out color analyses, creating technical drawings and working on the technical implementation of your ideas
- You will also take part in sampling and production trials
What you bring with you
- In addition to your successfully completed studies as a fashion designer / textile designer (f/m/d), you already have 2-3 years of experience in collection development and can think your way into the target groups relevant to us
- With creativity and a strong sense of style as well as an understanding of numbers, you are able to contribute your own ideas and implement them in the signature style of our brands
- As a team player, you strengthen our design with your strong commitment and organizational skills
- You are confident in using Microsoft Office 365 and are proficient in Adobe Suite and other design programs. Ideally, you are familiar with PDM or PLM systems
- You enjoy communicating in English - both orally and in writing
