For a company within the OLYMP Group, we are seeking a 3D Product Developer Textile (m/f/d) to join our ETERNA brand as soon as possible.
This position is also suitable for entry-level candidates with some practical experience, such as from internships.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Developing and implementing products in 2D and 3D—from digital pattern and cut development to the creation of high-quality 3D renderings.
- Technical development of models, including CAD-based pattern construction, and ensuring fit, functionality, and feasibility.
- Supporting the development of materials, components, and prints, as well as overseeing the entire product development process.
- Maintaining and managing collection-related data in the PLM system, as well as creating technical documentation, product sheets, and sales materials.
- Ensuring product quality through sample inspections, coordination with suppliers, and close collaboration with product management, purchasing, and sales while adhering to defined timelines.
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE
- A bachelor’s degree in textiles, fashion, apparel engineering, or a related field
- Relevant experience in product development in the fashion/textile sector
- Proficiency with 3D design tools
- Strong knowledge of pattern development and CAD (2D/3D)
- Understanding of fit, construction, and material behavior
- Experience working with PLM systems
- Initial experience with the digital transformation of product development processes
- Understanding of the interfaces between design, engineering, and procurement
