You will play an active role in the ERP transformation and take independent responsibility for subprojects and specific areas of focus.
You will analyze complex issues, organize content, and prepare well-founded decision-making frameworks.
You will support the program management team in steering, coordinating, and further developing the transformation program.
You will coordinate collaboration between business units, IT, processes, and external partners and ensure a smooth flow of information.
You will manage dependencies, risks, and interfaces between various workstreams and subprojects.
You will further develop PMO, governance, and reporting structures and ensure transparency regarding progress, budget, schedule, and project scope.
You will prepare and facilitate workshops, committee meetings, and program events, and consistently follow up on actions and decisions.
You have successfully completed a degree in business administration, business informatics, industrial engineering, or a comparable field.
You have at least four to five years of professional experience in transformation, project management, PMO, consulting, or strategy.
You have experience in complex transformation or project environments, ideally in ERP, CRM, IT, or process management.
You have a strong understanding of project management, governance, reporting, and collaboration between business and IT.
You are able to quickly grasp, analyze, and present complex issues in a clear and understandable manner.
You stand out for your structured, pragmatic, and solution-oriented approach to work, as well as your high level of initiative and ability to get things done.
You are fluent in German and English and collaborate confidently with various stakeholders and external partners.
