Have you already successfully managed a fashion store or a similarly sized branch? Do you know how to develop managers, inspire teams, and consistently pursue business goals? Then take on a leadership role at Jost in Bruchsal.
As a store manager, you’ll lead a team of about 40 employees and be responsible for the financial performance of our fashion store. You’ll provide clear guidance to your department managers, support them in their leadership roles, and work together to ensure that our customers feel welcome and receive expert advice.
You’ll be present on the sales floor, keep an eye on key performance metrics, and work with your leadership team to implement concrete improvements. In doing so, you’ll balance independent decision-making with close collaboration with senior management. We welcome your own ideas—but we place equal importance on the committed implementation of mutually agreed-upon goals and measures.
What You Bring to the Table
- Several years of experience as a store or facility manager in the textile retail industry, with overall financial responsibility and personnel management responsibility for a location of comparable size.
- Experience in leading and developing managers: You can delegate responsibility, set clear expectations, and ensure that agreed-upon goals are achieved.
- Business acumen and confidence in working with key performance indicators: You identify areas requiring action, derive appropriate measures, and evaluate their impact.
- Clear, respectful communication and strong decision-making skills, combined with an independent, structured approach to work and an active presence on the sales floor.
- A completed business apprenticeship in the textile retail sector and proficiency in standard MS Office programs. An advanced qualification, such as a business administration certificate or a degree from LDT Nagold, is a plus.
