Field Sales Representative “LCMT” (m/f/d)

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:
- Managing the sales territory of Bavaria and Baden-Württemberg
- Independently conducting order meetings, including preparation and follow-up
- Actively selling the pre-order collections of our “LeComte” brand
- Continuously analyzing key performance indicators, optimizing those of our POS partners, and implementing appropriate measures
- Advising and supporting partners at the point of sale
- Merchandise presentation at the POS in accordance with the brand philosophy
- Comprehensive merchandise management
- Inspection of store setups
- New customer acquisition
- Independent planning and implementation of product training sessions at the POS
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:
- Completed business training or a college degree with several years of professional experience in sales in a comparable position
- A strong passion for active sales and experience in the women’s apparel product segment
- A strong sense of responsibility, as well as excellent organizational and communication skills
- An independent, goal-oriented work style and a high level of commitment
