Here’s what you’ll be doing:
- You’ll support the product management team in the creative development of our collections and contribute your own ideas that make a difference.
- You’ll work closely with the buying team, create product listings, communicate with our international partners, submit requests, and solicit quotes.
- Together with our Quality Assurance (QA) team, you’ll ensure that our products not only look great but also fit perfectly.
- You’ll keep an eye on all key KPIs and know exactly which styles contribute to our success.
- You’ll travel to suppliers, trade shows, and international store visits to identify new trends and bring fresh ideas to the table.
In short: You’re closely involved with the collection, from the initial design to its success in-store.
Here’s what you’ll bring to the table:
- A completed business apprenticeship and initial experience in the textile or apparel industry, or a degree in fashion management or a related field
- Creative flair, organizational skills, and a keen eye for trends
- Strong communication skills, initiative, and the ability to inspire others
- A quick grasp of new concepts and a passion for making decisions and getting things done
- Team spirit, flexibility, and the ability to thrive under pressure—you stay focused even when things get hectic
- Proficiency with MS Office and, ideally, PDM systems
- Fluency in German and a good command of English
