To strengthen our team at our headquarters in Munich, we are looking for a

Merchandise Planner (m/f/d)

who will actively further develop our vertical retail spaces in seasonal and merchandise planning.

In this role

  • you’ll develop cost-effective product assortments and pre-order plans for different store formats and customer segments based on our core orders
  • you will manage our vertical retail spaces throughout the season with the goal of optimally balancing sales, inventory, and product availability
  • you will identify measures to optimize product assortments, inventory, product availability, and sales, and oversee their implementation
  • You will ensure the successful management of the merchandise lifecycle from pre-orders through the end of the season
  • You will further develop our merchandise processes, KPI structures, and tools in collaboration with Purchasing, Sales, Design, and Controlling

You’re a good fit for us if you

  • hold a degree in business administration, fashion/textile management, or have comparable training
  • have gained initial experience in merchandise planning, purchasing, planning/allocation, or controlling
  • are confident working with numbers, merchandise processes, and tools, and make data-driven decisions
  • work in a structured, independent, and solution-oriented manner and enjoy managing complex product assortment processes
  • have a good sense for products, trends, and POS needs
  • enjoy working cross-functionally with Design, Purchasing, In-Season, Finance, and Logistics
  • enjoy actively helping to shape product range and pre-order structures and taking responsibility for vertical merchandise management
