Patternmaker (m/f/d)
HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
- Creating initial and prototype patterns for PPE and workwear
- Creating production patterns ready for mass production
- Developing manufacturing specifications, size gradations, and material consumption calculations
- Analyzing requests for proposals and contract criteria
- Implementation and oversight of prototypes in collaboration with the sample cutting department
- Support for production facilities and field technicians on all pattern-making issues
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE
- Completed vocational training in patternmaking
- At least 3–5 years of professional experience in pattern development, preferably in PPE or outdoor apparel
- Experience in independently developing patterns, from the basic pattern to a production-ready model
- Solid CAD skills, preferably in Assyst
- Experience with drawing programs such as CorelDRAW or Adobe Illustrator
- Hands-on approach
- Strong communication skills and excellent ability to work in a team
