HERE’S WHAT THE JOB ENTAILS
- Managing the store according to headquarters’ guidelines
- Being responsible for sales, inventory results, and staff scheduling
- Ensuring the smooth operation of daily business processes
- Confident handling of business metrics
- Leading and motivating the team, as well as conducting employee training
- Administrative tasks and recruiting temporary staff
WHAT CONVINCES US
- Completed business apprenticeship and/or a degree in business administration
- (Management) experience with responsibility for sales, preferably in the textile retail sector
- A dedicated and results-oriented leader with an entrepreneurial mindset
- Strong customer and service orientation, as well as planning and organizational skills
- Strong communication skills and flexibility
- An affinity for fashion and a strong identification with NEW YORKER
