What you can expect from us:

You are close to your team (17 employees in sports, children’s clothing & underwear), close to the floor and right in the middle of the action.

You don’t (just) lead from the office, but are present, support, motivate and develop your employees.

This is what you do in practice:

• You lead and develop your team with heart and clarity
• You ensure motivation, a good atmosphere and real sales energy
• You keep an eye on the figures and actively manage your departments
• You plan staff assignments and ensure smooth processes
• You implement merchandise images and visual merchandising with strong sales appeal
• You work closely with the purchasing department
• You contribute ideas on how we can become even better

What is important to us:

We are not looking for a perfect CV, but the right personality!

You have experience in retail and have already taken on responsibility – perhaps as a deputy or team leader. You enjoy sales and retail, have an open approach to people and are able to take your team with you. Willingness to work on Saturdays (approx. 2-3 Saturdays/month with time off in lieu) is no problem for you.

You are not afraid of numbers and you work in a structured and independent manner. Above all, you want to get things done instead of just managing them!
