What you can expect
- Planning and management of up to 30 stores from a business management perspective
- Personnel responsibility for up to 150 employees
- Ensuring sales promotion taking into account central merchandising concepts
- Active merchandise management
- Promoting expansion and supporting the expansion managers
- Organization of new openings, reopenings and refurbishments
- Collaboration on cross-divisional projects
What you bring with you
- Field service experience in store support
- Good knowledge of merchandise management and visual merchandising
- Experience in the textile industry is desirable
- You live in your area to optimize your travel times
- Enjoy teamwork and employee management
- Empathy, strong communication skills and assertiveness
- Hands-on mentality in terms of organizational management and solution orientation
- A structured way of working and analytical skills
