CEO/Succession Management – Family business MEPHISTO

After more than 25 years of successful company management, the management of the MEPHISTO Group is being handed over to new hands due to age. As part of a structured and closely supervised succession, we are looking for an entrepreneurial leader who, as CEO, will assume overall operational responsibility for the international group of companies and ensure its sustainable further development.

Your role
As CEO, you will be responsible for the strategic and operational management of the entire group of companies. You will consistently develop the company and the 4 core brands (MEPHISTO, MOBILS, ALLROUNDER and SANO), ensure competitiveness in a dynamic market environment and actively shape the future of the company.
Your key tasks will include
- Developing and implementing the company-wide strategy in close coordination with the shareholders
- Overall responsibility for all business areas: product, production, purchasing, sales and marketing
- Clear positioning and further development of the brands in international target markets
- Opening up new markets, sales channels and target groups
- Managing transformation and digitalization processes along the entire value chain
- Leading, developing and motivating the international management and leadership teams
- Ensuring efficient, scalable and future-proof business processes
- Close presence at the Sarrebourg headquarters and active exchange with all relevant departments
Your profile
- Several years of experience in a management position, for example as CEO or international sales/distribution manager in the footwear, fashion or lifestyle industry
- In-depth understanding of corporate and brand management, product development, industrial production and international sales
- Proven track record in corporate development, transformation and digitalization
- Strong entrepreneurial mindset and strategic vision
- Confident leader with strong interpersonal skills, clarity and decisiveness
- Ability to manage complex organizations while remaining close to people and processes
- International experience and intercultural sensitivity
- Very good communication skills at management and employee level (business fluent English is a prerequisite)
