THIS IS WHAT YOU WILL DO WITH US - YOUR JOB:

• E-commerce business with impact: With a direct link to the management, you will be responsible for our online store and our marketplaces holistically and consistently develop our e-commerce business - from strategy to implementation. You will actively drive the growth of our e-commerce channel, identify potential and develop internationalization strategies.
• Build, Lead & Develop: You will lead your team in technical and disciplinary terms, develop structures and ensure that performance, processes and collaboration are at a high level.
• Online store - Where Brand Leads: Our online store is the digital flagship of our brand. You set the standard for experience, staging and quality and actively shape the further digital development of our premium womenswear brand - with the clear aim of taking it to the next level digitally.
• Marketplace business as a growth driver: You will expand our marketplace business in a targeted manner and develop it into a central growth driver - with a clear focus on scaling, relevance and performance.
• Customer Journey on Brand: You continuously optimize our Shopify setup and the customer journey and ensure that our brand is just as consistent, high-quality and desirable digitally as it is offline. You further develop our CRM and loyalty program "The Circle" and make it a real driver for customer loyalty and growth.
• Data-driven performance: You manage external partners and online marketing measures and make well-founded decisions based on KPIs and data.

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING - YOUR SKILLS:

• You have a background in e-commerce or digital marketing and at least five years of relevant experience, ideally in the fashion or lifestyle industry.
• You have already led teams and know how to create structures that work.
• You think entrepreneurially and manage your business confidently based on KPIs and data.
• You are open to new tools, especially in the field of AI, and use them to further develop processes, content and performance.
