Your Responsibilities
- Strategic leadership and further development of our international sales organization
- Developing and implementing the sales strategy in close collaboration with management and the executive board
- Supporting complex enterprise sales projects and negotiations at the management and executive levels
- Evolving our sales organization toward a modern, solution-oriented consultative selling approach
- Analysis of the market, competition, and sales metrics to identify new growth opportunities
- Leading and developing teams in Pre-Sales, Technical Sales, Key Accounts, and Inside Sales
Your Profile
- Several years of leadership experience in international B2B software sales
- Experience in enterprise sales of complex software solutions
- Strategic and entrepreneurial thinking combined with a pragmatic, hands-on approach
- Strong communication and negotiation skills at all organizational levels
- Experience in fashion tech, PLM, CAD, 3D, or comparable technology fields is a plus
- Very good command of German and English
