Your Mission
You will take responsibility for the North Rhine-Westphalia and Northern Germany region—not just in an administrative capacity, but by actively shaping its future. With strategic foresight, you will continuously develop your territory, build sustainable partnerships, and strengthen the presence of our Steilmann brand in the market.
In doing so, you’ll act as an entrepreneur within the company: with a keen sense for trends, key metrics, and people, you’ll successfully manage your territory and effectively bring our collections to market.

Your responsibilities:
- Engaging presentation and active sales of our collections
- Expanding existing customer relationships and acquiring new retail partners
- Sales responsibility and strategic development of your territory
- Market and competitive analysis with an eye for new opportunities
- Strengthening our brand presence at the point of sale
Your profile:
- Passion for fashion and sales
- Enjoyment of networking and building long-term partnerships
- Strong closing skills and negotiation abilities
- Proactive attitude, entrepreneurial mindset, and clear goal orientation
- Willingness to travel within your territory
