HERE’S WHAT THE JOB ENTAILS
- You’ll stand in for your store manager*—with everything that entails
- Together with the Store Manager*, you’ll lead the store team—modern leadership is second nature to you; you’ll motivate your employees* with attractive goals and foster their development through coaching and training
- You’ll recruit employees* in collaboration with the store manager* and ensure they’re properly trained
- To ensure your store’s success, you’ll monitor business performance and implement appropriate measures
- Your store always showcases the latest trends—this inspires our customers* and drives sales
- In the back office, you handle administrative tasks
