As we operate both a German and a Swiss company, we are looking for a seasoned, entrepreneurial personality who can manage our commercial and operational processes holistically and set them up for the future.
Your area of responsibility - Strategy & Operations
- Finance & Controlling: You will be responsible for liquidity and credit limit planning as well as preparing and analyzing the monthly and annual financial statements for our German and Swiss units.
- IT management: You manage our IT infrastructure, are the point of contact for external partners and actively drive digitalization (ERP/merchandise management).
- Warehouse & Logistics: You maintain strategic oversight of the warehouse and optimize the flow of goods and process costs.
- Management reporting: As the management's right-hand man, you provide well-founded analyses and key figures as a basis for decision-making.
- Cross-border management: You will coordinate the special financial aspects between Germany and Switzerland (taxes, customs, currencies).
What you bring with you
- Expertise: A degree with a focus on finance/controlling or a comparable qualification with a deep commercial understanding.
- Professional experience: You have at least 10 years of sound experience in commercial management or senior controlling, ideally in a medium-sized company environment.
- DE/CH affinity: You are familiar with the regulatory requirements of both countries or have a high willingness to familiarize yourself with the cross-border environment.
- IT aplomb: You are IT-savvy and understand how to use modern systems as a lever for efficient processes.
- Language skills: Very good German and English skills are mandatory due to our international orientation.
- Leadership skills: You are a loyal sparring partner for the management and lead your team with clarity and empathy.
