For our International Sales department, we are looking for a

Head of International Sales (m/f/d)

to lead our motivated sales team. The position is part of the LLOYD management team and reports directly to the management.

These are your tasks

  • You lead your employees in a cooperative style and encourage independent work in your team
  • You promote innovative ideas and motivate your team to constantly develop further
  • Expanding the international market position and continuously monitoring the competition and market are your core tasks
  • You develop and establish an international franchise and distribution concept
  • You implement marketing and sales strategies and realize sales targets and sales plans
  • Supporting and advising international customers is in your blood and acquiring new customers is a matter of course for you
  • You continuously analyze sales figures and customer structures and initiate measures for optimization

  • You have many years of international sales experience in the footwear and fashion industry and are no stranger to the franchise and distribution business
