MANAGER* / ASSISTANT MANAGER*
HERE’S WHAT THE JOB ENTAILS
- You’ll support your store’s management team—in every way possible
- Together with the management team, you’ll lead the store team—modern leadership is second nature to you; you’ll motivate your employees* through challenging goals and foster their development through coaching and training
- You’ll recruit employees* in collaboration with the store manager* and ensure they’re properly trained
- You’ll take on responsibility early on and gain insight into the management team’s activities
- Your store always showcases the latest trends—this helps you inspire our customers* and boost sales
- In the back office, you’ll handle administrative tasks
WHAT CONVINCES US
- You’re a business professional*—you’ve successfully completed your vocational training—or you’re a career changer with relevant professional experience in retail
- Ideally, you have some leadership experience, preferably in the textile retail industry
- With your authentic and dedicated demeanor, you set a good example for other employees*
