TEAM LEADER, EXPORT & INTERNATIONAL SALES (GN)

Your responsibilities:
» Management and further development of international export and sales activities
» Leadership and development of the export team
» Direct reporting to the CSO
» Development of new markets and expansion of existing distribution partners
» Support and management of international agencies and importers
» Analysis and management of relevant KPIs (revenue, AVQ, LUG, margins)
» Conducting market and competitive analysis
Your Profile:
» Several years of experience in export/international sales in the fashion industry
» Excellent sense of fashion, trends, and markets
» Experience collaborating with international partners and markets
» Strong analytical skills and KPI focus
» Structured, entrepreneurial, and solution-oriented approach to work
» Strong teamwork skills and interpersonal skills
» Very good MS Office skills (especially Excel); ERP/CRM experience is a plus
» Very good English skills; additional languages are a plus
